Since 2011, Cynbel Lodge has proudly bred Welsh and Part Welsh ponies with a focus on quality, temperament, and trainability. In early 2025, we had the honour of competing at the Australian Small Horse Association Nationals—a milestone that inspired us to reflect on our journey and reimagine our goals for the future.

We are excited to share that Cynbel Lodge is now transitioning our breeding program to focus on Small Equines influenced by strong Welsh bloodlines. Our vision is to produce elegant, versatile ponies in the Foundation/Show Pony height range (up to 50”), combining beautiful type with the kind, intelligent nature we value so highly.

 

Whether they're destined for the show ring, harness events, or treasured family homes, every Cynbel pony is raised with care, precision, and a commitment to quality. As we enter this new chapter, we remain true to our roots—dedicated to breeding and training small equines with elegance, purpose, and heart.
